Initially the company is carried the operations of manufacturing of Industrial gases and then started trading in Maize and Rice and then carried on the activity of processing and exporting of Shrimp. They set a Shrimp processing plant in 2014-15, at Gurujanapalli village ,Karapa Mandal, Kakinada, East Godavari dist AP 533462,
The Company started its Commercial Production from the year 2015-16.The Companies turnover from export of shrimp for the year ended 31.03.2018 is Rs. 194.21 Crores with Profit before Tax of Rs.5.70 Crores .The Companies turnover from export of shrimp for the year ended 31.03.2017 is Rs. 201 Crores with Profit before Tax of Rs.1.62 Crores.

Sri Dwarampudi Veerabhadra Reddy is the Managing Director and his wife Smt Madhuri Latha is the other Director of the Company. The promoters are also having Poultry business, Feed Distribution and Trading etc. Mr. Dwarampudi Veerabhadra Reddy aged about 46 Years is a young and dynamic entrepreneur form Kakinada. He hails from a top business family of East Godavari District and he is third generation entrepreneur. He is Law Graduate and Managing director of Sri Adilakshmi Property Developers Private Limited (Units: Royal Park, 3 star hotel & independent Air conditioned function hall), Kakinada, M/s Sri Bhaskara Marketing Services, MD of Manasa Quality Enterprises (Rice Exports) Kakinada etc. he gained vast experience in diversified fields of business like exports , star hotel , entertainment industry , aqua culture and poultry farming.
Smt Madhuri Latha Dwarampudi. Director, she is in-charge of procurement and marketing functions of the Company. She is associated with our company from last 8 years and well experienced in the varied areas of Administration and finance. She is well experience in Prawn culture and assists our MD in the day to day activities of the existing businesses. She is also Director in MANASA QUALITY ENTERPRISES LIMITED (Rice Exports) and SRI ADILAKSHMI PROPERTY DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED. The Management is supported by Qualified and experienced supervisory and Administrative staff for the day to day operations. VEPL employees are skilled to take care of daily operations.
